I could go on and on about the beautiful coastal Narragansett wedding of Laura & Glen. Rain threatened all day, but it just didn’t seem to matter.
Laura + Glen are headed to Costa Rica for a surf camp honeymoon, so I thought this photo was quite appropriate and got Laura completely in the spirit!
(Do I even need to mention how completely willing the handsome surfer was to pose with Laura and her twin sister Beth?)
The ceremony was held at South Ferry Church in Narragansett, RI.
Laura + Glen’s “first look” moment at South Ferry church, prior to the actual ceremony. It was a beautiful private moment (except that I was there!) and of course they were both in awe of the other.
Of course, what says “wedding day” like a 1956 Pink Chevy Town and Country station wagon? Not much!
Finally time for the ceremony!
Time to head over to the North Beach Clubhouse (or as I still call it, Canonchet) on Narragansett Beach for some celebrating with the newlyweds.
Beautiful (and yummy) cupcake display by Sweet Indulgence bakery. I had to hold myself back from “sampling.” 🙂
Laura & her equally lovely twin sister, Beth.
The toasts were all so loving and heartfelt, and even the flower girl gave a toast!
Glen’s family barely left the dance floor – they know how to get down!
Congratulations Glen + Laura! I hope you have a wonderful time at Surf Camp and wish you a lifetime of happiness together.
what a great church!!
