Beautiful little Anna has joined her mom, dad and big brother Brendan and celebrated turning three months old with a portrait session in honor of the occasion! She has the same deep blue eyes as her brother, and a sweet, silly smile.
Big brother Brendan waited patiently for his turn in front of the camera by playing with his feet.

Almost one year ago, I had the pleasure of photographing Alyson & Jeff’s beautiful wedding in Mystic, Connecticut. view their wedding blog post here http://sancombphotography.com/blog/?p=2839 A few days ago I had the honor of taking portraits of their two week old infant son! Little Ben was so calm and very cooperative while I snapped away and we switched out blankets and put little caps on his head. I had a great time - who could resist being taken in by that sweet face?! Im so happy for your beautiful family of three, Alyson & Jeff. Congratulations!

1 comment These two New England natives currently live in California, but since their wedding will take place in Bristol, Rhode Island this June, they wanted to hold their engagement session nearby as well. Of course, it’s much colder in RI & CT in March than it is in California, but Rebecca & Patrick were troopers. So many of the photos show them cracking up. They clearly have a wonderful time together and were a joy to be with for their session. I can’t think of anything more important as a couple begins their marriage than being able to make each other laugh. It certainly helps get you through the tough times and makes the good times even better. We started their session at Jonathan Edwards Winery in North Stonington, CT and then end the evening at Nappatree Point in Watch HIll, RI.
I can’t wait to see you both again on your wedding day in June! no comments Stephanie & Chris are both avid readers and were struck by the beauty, history and uniqueness of the newly renovated event space at The Providence Public Library. The couple went through so much before their wedding day, they deserved the fantastic event they had, surrounded not only by a beautiful setting, but supportive, loving, fun friends and family. Their wedding day started at The Providence Biltmore where they got ready and had their First Look Moment, and then we were off to The Roger Williams Botanical Gardens for some photos of just Steph & Chris. It was so nice to be inside, warm and surrounded by all the colorful plants inside the greenhouses.

A special thank you to my friend Brad Smith for being my “wingman” second shooter for this amazing wedding. 8 comments I had another great experience in January at this year’s 6th Annual South County Bridal Show at The Towers in Narragansett, Rhode Island. I met some wonderful brides (and their family and friends that came along to join in the fun of wedding planning). The Towers is a great setting for almost any occasion, but it lends an air of intimacy and history to the regional show which sets the perfect tone for the event.
