Greetings and Happy New Year! As I write this post, we are already two weeks into 2024 and the activity of the holiday season of 2023 is fading into a lovely memory. Every year, I participate in looking back at my most “liked” instagram posts as a way of reflecting on my own memories of the year as well as what my clients and followers responded to on the social media platform. Obviously, I feel an attachment to all of my photographs, but since the trend is just Top Nine, here we are.

This year, my Top Nine reflects an amazing, perhaps once-in-a-lifetime trip to Italy with my husband. We spent two very hot weeks in July exploring parts of the Amalfi Coast and Apulia. The landscape, ocean, architecture, language, food and art were everything I’d been told and more. It’s a vacation I will remember forever and feel grateful to have had the opportunity to visit this historical, bucket list location finally. Also included is the proposal/engagement of my dear friend’s daughter to her high school sweetheart. What a moment to witness and document! Additionally, two spectacular weddings, two high school senior portraits and a family session at sunset were all chosen by you as my most liked images.
