The romance of Newport, Rhode Island’s famous Bellevue Avenue and mansions of Cliffwalk were the spectacular setting of Dianne & Carl’s beautiful autumn wedding. Dianne wanted a vintage, Hollywood glamor feeling to her wedding day, and that is exactly what she had. The bridesmaids dresses in shades of grays and plum coordinated perfectly with the floral pallet of burgundies, purples, reds and greens. Carl & Dianne’s first look moment was held at Rosecliff Mansion, where we would return later for their reception. The landscaping and architecture, set off by the crisp fall sunshine, was sparkling and brilliant that day. After photos with the wedding party at Rosecliff we traveled a few blocks down Bellevue Avenue to Ochre Court on the campus of Salve Regina University.Inside, a choir was practicing for a holiday concert later that evening and provided the most amazing background music for the couples’ photographs with family. Their beautiful ceremony at Salve Regina’s Chapel mixed tradition and humor. The chandeliers and candles in Rosecliff’s ballroom and the tables covered in flowers created a romantic, warm setting that I’m sure no one will forget. It was a spectacular wedding and I loved being a part of it.
Congratulations Dianne & Carl!
Beautiful! I love it Susan!
