Emily & Tony were married on an autumn day that photographers dream about – mild temperatures and beautiful sunny skies with just enough thin clouds to filter and soften the light to be the most flattering. To top it all off, they held their ceremony and reception at the iconic Towers in the Narragansett Pier. This is one location I could never grow tired of photographing. The stone structure, sits overlooking the sea wall for Narragansett Beach, and has weathered many storms…perfectly symbolic for beginning a marriage and exchanging vows. Emily’s gown was somewhat vintage and absolutely stunning. I had dress envy yet again! Together, she & Tony looked so classic and elegant my job was really quite easy. After their first look along the sea wall and some photos with wedding party and family, we recreated an image that Emily’s father had seen from a previous wedding that I had photographed at the Towers… The “Abbey Road” shot! We lined everyone up, held up the traffic for a minute, and got the exact image we were hoping for.
And thanks to an amazing wedding party, we capped the night off with a glowing sparkler portrait outside in The Towers courtyard. Congratulations Tony & Emily! May all your years be filled with joy.
I love the sparkler picture!
Amazing! Love the Abbey Road!! You’re so creative!
